We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our tree care or shrub trimming services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled tree care or shrub trimming appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be charged in EUR (Euro).
Refunds for tree care and shrub trimming services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review your request and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
If you have concerns about completed work, we may offer to return to your property to make adjustments or corrections at no additional charge, depending on the nature of the issue and the original service agreement.
